In 2007, God drew together a team of 2,548 donors just like you from all across America to donate, pack, and ship nearly 175 tons of material of Bibles, Christian books, and other Christian resources to more than 168 countries around the world!
That includes 499 individual book packages, 8 twenty-foot containers and one forty foot container.
But wait! There’s more!
Individuals like you--and families and church groups like yours—answered the call to Bare Your Bookshelf in order to personally answer 3,162 request letters for Bibles and Christian books from individuals around the world. What’s more, eighty-three needy pastors were provided with brand new study Bibles, commentaries and reference works because donors underwrote to cost of Pastor’s Libraries.
Here’s how CRI’s donors and volunteers made it happen, by the grace of God:

Volunteers contributed 7,503 hours of service in CRI’s Fowlerville, MI headquarters (about an hour northwest of Detroit) in 2007.
But the vast majority of the hundreds of thousands of pounds of Bibles and Christian books—and the labor it took to send them—came from committed, caring folks just like you taking a moment from their day, a Bible from their bookshelf, and a dollar from their wallet to change the world.
Come and join our merry band in 2008!
