2. Oversight by a Board of Trustees, none of whom are family or related to staff members.
3. Annual audits by an independent public accounting firm.
4. Disclosure of a current financial statement upon request.
5. Avoidance of any conflict of interest or the appearance thereof.
6. Annual planning, budgeting, and evaluation of finances based on the vision God has placed before us.
7. Spending practices which support current operations but which do not incur debt.
